Hello friends! My name is Gabrielle Tenedero, and I’ve been told that Tenedero sounds like “fork” in Spanish, hence the title. About me, I was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States when I was 6 years old with my mom and sister, making stops at Minnesota and Florida, before finally finding our home in Durham, North Carolina. Here at UNC I study Art History and Chemistry, my two loves (one more than the other). I love being in art museums and hope to one day work in one, either as a curator or as an art conservator, but I also wouldn’t mind becoming a professor, just so I could ramble on about art. P.S. my greatest accomplishment is touching Barack Obama’s hand.
